The property is very accessible to everything. we enjoyed activities such as swimming, playing billiards, attending the luau.

Great experience. The rooms were clean and staff was polite. I will say the only downside was that we were not allowed to have our own food and drinks at the pool. In a way we were forced to buy their food that costs more.

I really enjoyed the service — security guys were very attentive and did a great job. The restaurant was top-notch, and the fish was delicious. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beautiful ocean view.

The staff is very friendly. I don’t like that you charge 50$ every day on top of the charge of the room charge, we don’t use any of the things you offer. If we need chairs we can rent them if we want to do joga we can do it ourselves anyway I feel like I just give you a extra 50$ for nothing.
We love that you can walk almost anywhere

Hidden fees need to be properly disclosed. The additional $500 in fees and the $1000 holding fee was very unexpected.

At first, we were put in a room on the lower level. I called the front desk and mentioned to them that when I was booking, the picture provided did not match the view we had. They quickly fixed that and put us in a higher level. Although it didn’t specify that the building RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BEACH was the “premium balcony”, the front desk made sure our view got close to that. It was a great experience from our arrival, during our stay with our room attendant Myrna, til our discharge. The resort fee was also worth it because it included rental like beach chairs & boogie board. Will stay at Marriott again when we come back to Hawaii
