Beautiful hotel and rooms were great. The staff was nice but I will say one thing I didn’t like was waiting in line to check in for half hour. Everything else was wonderful!

Hawaii was amazing and our stay at the resort unfortunately was average. We met a lot of cool people and the bartenders and weight staff were great however, one of the nights we had one of our guest in our hotel room and we were having a few drinks and laughs and we had a knock on the door by a staff member who insisted not only we keep it down, but told us we were not allowed to have a guest in our hotel room who is actually staying at the hotel. The staff member also shamed us saying it is 1:30 AM in the morning and we should be asleep. Meanwhile I am a 35 years old. On top of that the pool and hot tub were only open until 10 PM which they make sure to kick you out and the pool was that of the average backyard inground pool size.
