I like the area the hotel is in, I like the ocean view from my room, beautiful watching the surfers from my window. Love the strips along side the hotels, a lot to see, like the many restaurant to choose from, like the many seating area the hotel have, I like the shower pressure, large room and comfortable bed. The cleaning service daily was wonderful, love the hotel itself for how large it is. I did not like the weed smell that was seeping in my room 2 days in a row, I did not like the patio, too small for my comfort, just did not look too safe. Did not like the quantity of my breakfast I purchase in the hotel after paying so much money, I was still hungry, did not like that you have to pay so much for parking at an hotel you staying at.

I am inpatient to write a review: it was very nice and joyful experience! I highly recommend buying only 'ocean view' rooms. It's absolutely worth it! The hotel is located close to the beach, and we would enjoy the amazing ocean views every day. Also, they have a gameroom with shuffle board, pool, Foosball, and air hockey open from 10am to 10pm for all hotel guests for free, and it helped us have fun when we weren't on the beach. The customer service is very good. We had loud neighbors who were being loud late night and smoked, so we couldn't open a balcony. The receptionist politely helped us to move to another room. She was very nice and helpful

The property's condition was acceptable. Exeptional view from the balcony. However, the daily presence of smoking from neighboring units, despite the non-smoking policy, was a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the concierge demonstrated a lack of expertise regarding the arranged tours, and we subsequently discovered instances of overcharging, resulting in a failure to deliver the promised services. Overall, the customer service experience was unsatisfactory.

Beautiful hotel, right across the beach. Clean and well maintenance. My only complaint will be the front desk. You have to wait till someone shows to help you. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.. Will come back soon...

Room has passive air conditioning. Slept hot in hot weather. Booked a single king but got two queens. They changed it for us. Computer was down and didn’t get to check in til 2 hours later.

The Waikīkī Beach Marriott Resort & Spa offers a prime location near the beach, with clean and well-kept rooms. The housekeeping staff was consistently professional, attentive, and very friendly, which made the stay comfortable. However, the check-in process was disappointing. Although my reservation was specifically for a king bed, I was informed upon arrival that I had been “upgraded” to a double queen room, which was not my preference. When I requested the original king room, I was told none were available. Only after I insisted did the staff suddenly locate one, which left me with the impression that the process was not handled transparently. Overall, this property provides an average experience. While the Marriott brand name carries weight, I believe there are comparable accommodations in Waikīkī that may deliver better value at a lower cost.
