The city view room faced directly towards the parking lot. So the view was people parking their cars and being able to look directly in our balcony window. And they were working on the balconies during our stay so "people" included construction workers there all day long. Plus, it's not a resort. It's just an older hotel with some aging pools with a beach across the street.
