TURN OFF THE A/C whenever you leave the room. Close all windows and the bathroom door for maximum energy efficiency. Laundry between 7am-9pm.
Don't hang things out on the lanai, as it can blow away and be dangerous to those below. Be aware of that when using the lanai. Don't let things fall.
