The staff was very friendly and excellent as always. Disappointed with the maid service and resort fees. Resort fees were higher and the maid service was only every other day. It was terrible. Floor was not vacuumed, we had to call and have maintenance vacuum. We stayed for a whole week and the bed sheets were never changed. Hallways/walkways were dirty and not vacuumed. Maid service has gone down.

Hotel was ok, after all, how much time do you spend there? The elevators weren’t working, which made it like a trip through the catacombs to get anywhere. Parking? ALL of Hawaii is congested for parking, so no different there. Good if not worried for views. Besides, who stays inside at the hotel when in Hawaii???

Bathroom had leaks at the facet handles. Parking lot is not easy to drive in and out of. Elevator out of service. No coffee cup lids. (They ran out) ice machine was out of order. Had to find another one on a different floor) price for stay did not match the inconvenience we encountered.
