Pool was broken, I completely understand that these things happen. Staff kept giving my children false hopes that it would be open, knowing there was no chance of it. Tried to discuss with staff and was told on repeat how hard they were working on it. It’s frustrating they did not understand that falsely telling my kids it could happen was unacceptable. They kept saying there was a swim center close that we had to pay to visit, would have been nice if they gave us tickets to go. We paid extra for a pool as well, did not receive any discount or money back. Overall the service was poor and disappointing. Felt like I was never listened to.
