Bears Den Cabin is the perfect base camp for all your Olympic Penninsula and Olympic National Park adventures. Enjoy exclusive community access to Lake Kokanee, and easy access to Lake Cushman, Hood Canal, Olympic National park, and dozens of hiking spots just minutes away.

Enjoy morning coffee in the forest on the spacious front deck, or take an afternoon snooze on the shaded upper deck. Just five minutes down the hill, Lake Kokanee is a secluded lake perfect for fishing, swimming, or a sunrise paddle in our two provided Pelican kayaks. Bears Den has a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for cozy movie nights. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic, perfect for long walks or bike rides.

Super cute and cozy ! Lake was wonderful and we took advantage of the two kayaks and had a ton of fun ! Coffee maker didn't work unfortunately. There's no privacy on any of the windows which was kind of awkward especially since you can see right to the glass shower and primarily bedroom. We hung up some beach towels and made it work :)

Awesome place!!!

Very nice property located in a wonderful area! Our last minute reservation was met with immediate responses by the owner. Check in was a breeze and this was by far one of the most clean properties I’ve ever stayed in.The property itself has many ammeneties including kayaks and a large canoe with a short drive to the private dock and park. Lake Kakonee was beautiful and full of easy to catch trout. Internet and movies available for evening with a new outdoor grill which was easy to operate. Enough space for 3 adults and 4 kids.

We loved this little cabin! We enjoyed the location near Lake Kokanee and the Olympic National Park! We would have liked to have used the kayak s but ran out of time. We would definitely stay again!
