This comfortable retreat sleeps up to 6 guests on all-new mattresses. The primary bedroom offers a true sanctuary with a plush king-sized bed, fireplace, and spa-like ensuite complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom with bunk beds is perfect for kids.

After a day of hiking, kayaking, or fishing, unwind in the inviting living room, where you’ll find a large flat-screen TV, fireplace, and plenty of seating for the whole group. - Parking: Please park in the driveway only. Note: No street parking is permitted.
- Guest Access: The entire home is included in this rental.
- Guest access will be granted via a door code.

Additional Info About the Home:

-During Fall & Winter months, please note that there might be snow. We recommend having an AWD SUV with snow chains on hand during these times. We get more snow than you might think, so be sure to check the forecast!
-Roads are plowed, but we cannot guarantee they will be plowed.
-Laundry: Guests will have access to the washer and dryer during their stay, and detergent will be provided.
-Some outdoor furniture is stored inside during cold months. Gas Grill and outdoor dining table are available year-round.

House Rules:

- Must sign a rental agreement upon booking
-The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours between 10 pm-and 8 am.
- No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 6 guests maximum is strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. Although we are on a large wooded lot, we have neighbors to be considerate of.
- No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.
- Use of the wood fire pit is prohibited during any burn bans. Guest will be responsible for any fines incurred for burning during the ban.
- Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.
- There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.
- Please review the Rental Agreement for all home rule specifics.
- There are three exterior cameras to monitor the property entry points for liability and ensure all house rules are followed.
- Mt. Rose Retreat is our family cabin, and we ask that you treat it with respect like you would your own home.

Fees, Pricing, and Booking:

- The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests when booking. Maximum Occupancy is 6 adults.
- We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
- We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at the time of booking to protect your stay.
- One complimentary date change if your check-in date is over 30 days away. No date changes are allowed otherwise.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
