**Fees, Pricing, and Booking:**

* The standard nightly rate includes 4 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person per night, with a maximum of 6 guests allowed. Please ensure the guest count in your reservation is accurate.
* Our rates are subject to change daily due to dynamic pricing. We cannot honor previously displayed prices.
* Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced due to limited availability. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your stay.
* We offer one complimentary date change if requested more than two weeks prior to your original check-in date. Date changes are not permitted within two weeks of arrival.

**House Rules:**

* Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the HOA between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
* Parties and events are strictly prohibited ($500 fine). The maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced. This property is unsuitable for parties due to neighbor considerations.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all outdoor areas.
* Fire pit use is prohibited during burn bans.
* Due to liability and our API connection, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required at the time of booking.
* A $500 security hold will be applied two days before arrival and released seven days after departure, pending a damage inspection.
* Three exterior security cameras monitor the property to ensure compliance with house rules and for liability purposes.
* Staircase Retreat is our family cabin; we kindly ask that you treat it with respect.
* The cabin is not waterfront, but very close to the lake. Lake Cushman Park is less than a 5-minute drive, and Lake Kokanee (a private lake ideal for fishing and kayaking) is about 15 minutes away. Park distances may vary.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
