This private, fully fenced property, set on nearly an acre of curated gardens and natural rock formations, instantly defines luxury.



From the moment you cross the threshold, the home reveals itself as a haven for living fully. Beginning with the breathtaking, all-glass dining conservatory. Here, floor-to-ceiling windows pull the lake and mountains right into the room, creating an unforgettable setting for every meal. Just beyond, the main living room establishes a true lodge aesthetic with its soaring, wood-beamed ceiling and a dramatic river-rock fireplace, perfect for gathering and unwinding in refined mountain comfort.



Designed to accommodate up to 14 guests across four sleeping areas and three full bathrooms, and a half bath, the home prioritizes privacy. Three primary bedrooms boast their own private ensuite bathrooms, offering individual retreats for friends or extended family. The true indulgence, however, is the nearly 1,000 square feet master suite: a dedicated sanctuary featuring its own fireplace, a private sauna, a jetted tub, and an in-room breakfast station. This luxurious suite also offers private, direct access to the upper-deck with spectacular views. When it's time for play, the dedicated game room and full-size pool table which also doubles as a ping pong table, ensure effortless evening entertainment inside.



Outside, the estate transforms into a resort sanctuary. Wraparound decking provides multiple vantage points leading down to the private dock, ready for swimming, boating, paddling, and sunbathing. The outdoor kitchen is the heart of al fresco dining, featuring a gas grill and a wood-fired pizza oven for long, memorable dinners. With a hot tub on the lower level, there is always a tranquil spot available to soak beneath the open skies. **Note:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

This apartment offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a sauna. A fitness center, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room are also featured at the family-friendly apartment.
