Ankunft war gut. Netter Empfang, nette Dame die uns bis aufs Zimmer begleitete, da wir dies nicht auf Anhieb gefunden hatten. Das war dann für diesen Tag auch das einzige wirklich erfreuliche. Danach habe ich die verschiedenen Quittungen, die der Buchung und die des Hotels mteinander verglichen und es bestand eine Diskrepanz von fast 30 Euro zu meinem Nachteil, die ich anscheinend bei der Buchung zuvielbezahlt hätte. Man sagte uns dass sei die Provision von Booking. Das ganze passte dann auch ins restliche Bild. Das Zimmer, der Service und die Diskrepanz entspricht absolut nicht den 4 Sternen mit dem das Hotel angepriesen wird. Teppiche mit Flecken, Bettüberzüge mit Flecken, Pappbecher als Zahngläser in der Toilette und nur ein Vorhang vor dem Fenster zum zuziehen, der aber nicht viel brachte, Staub überall. Das schlimmste jedoch war jedoch das Geräusch die ganze Nacht hindurch, als würde jemand duschen. Fast kein Auge zugetan. Dann noch was zum Service. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und wollten am Abend vor dem ins Bett gehen noch schnell was essen. Bei Fragen über die spärliche Anzahl der Gerichte auf der Speisekarte konnte uns der Service nicht mal erklären um was für ein Gericht es sich handelt. Wir haben es dann auf Google nachgeschaut. Es kam ganz etwas anderes als man uns am Tisch erklärt hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Tag war sehr positv . Sehr reichhaltig, schmackhaft und schön präsentiert. Alles in allem aber keine 4 Sterne würdig.

In der Tat gibt es einen Unterschied zwischen dem, was Sie online direkt an den Vermittler zahlen, und dem, was der Vermittler uns über Ihren Aufenthalt auszahlt. Bezüglich des Zimmers hatten Sie die erste Zimmerkategorie des Hotels gewählt. Diese ist in der Tat älter als unsere anderen Zimmerkategorien. Wir bieten auch höhere Kategorien an. Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen zur Kenntnis und leiten sie an unsere Teams weiter. Schließlich bieten wir zum Abendessen nun ein kaltes Buffet, Käse und Desserts sowie mehrere warme, traditionelle elsässische Gerichte, die am Tisch serviert werden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Nos équipes vous ont également assister à réaliser votre déclaration de vol et à vous mettre en relation avec la gendarmerie.L'hôtel propose également des garages fermés et privatifs contre un supplément.

Von einem 4 Sterne Haus erwarte ich mehr

Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten. Im Spa Bereich sollte ein Angestellter schauen, dass alles ordentlich ist und freie Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen. Es wird ein Zimmerservice angeboten, jedoch gibt es gar keine Menü Karten. Positiv sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze.

1 seule nuit. Agréable près de Colmar. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du spa. Donc, je ne peux pas donner mon avis sur ce sujet.
