The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please bag any trash, leftover food, and any personal items and place in provided garbage bags. All bags must then be place in the large black garbage can outside. Only bagged garbage is acceptable.
Before exiting the premises, please turn the air back to 73 degrees, or the heat back to 55 degrees. Please turn out all lights, tv's, etc.
Please lock the doors and place the keys back into the combination box and turn the numbers a bit so that it locks. Thank you for booking with us! Travel safely! We hope to see you again soon!

Reelfoot Lake

Property was adequate, very quiet and comfortable. Had a beautiful view of the lake. Property manager was easily accessible for some very minor issues and took care of them immediately. Really enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was comfortable But the dishwasher didn’t work there were no utensils for the grill outside and no toaster for breakfast It was a great location for the lake and boat launches were very close Thank you

4 day escape

I had 2 days with my son and his granddad which was great fishing and eating. Then wives and grandkids came for two days which was great! S'mores in fire pit, fishing, playground, and grilling. Great view. Lots of space for hunting groups. Family had a great time
