Welcome to Maggie’s Mews which is a modern, contemporary and stylish luxury self catering holiday cottage at Greetham Retreat in the Lincolnshire Wolds near Horncastle. This spacious cottage is in a prime location in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds and provides great views. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, plus an infant in a cot, in two bedrooms. Maggie's Mews has flexible start days.

This is our most popular self catering cottage here at Greetham Retreat due to the exceptional quality of the accommodation and the stunning panoramic views seen from its windows of the surrounding countryside make it truly a cottage to remember. Suitable for couples or families with pets.

Large open plan kitchen & dining area has plenty of cupboards and large work surfaces and benefits from having fully integrated modern appliances, a ceramic halogen hob, full size electric fan oven, large microwave, upright fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. and solid oak dining table with 4 comfortable high backed leather dining chairs. Real wood flooring throughout the large living space with it's leather sofas, foot stool and oak coffee tables. Flat screen wall mounted TV with adjacent DVD player and DAB radio with IPod/ MP3 player docking.

Upstairs is the master bedroom featuring a luxury super king size bed again with new hotel quality pocket sprung mattress and 300TC luxury white Egyptian cotton bed linen and generously sized hand, bath mat and bath sheets. Flat screen TV in bedroom. The en suite bathroom is very spacious with a large double ended whirlpool bath and separate shower cubicle. Downstairs is a twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds featuring new hotel quality pocket sprung mattresses. Our linen is 300TC luxury Egyptian cotton and our provided towels are generously sized hand and bath sheets and has a wall mounted flat screen TV in this bedroom. The downstairs en suite bathroom features a shower cubicle.

Maggie's Mews is often booked by just couples who want the extra space or is perfect for families or friends holidaying together.

This cottage is family and pet friendly and has been awarded 4 stars for quality and has the prestigious Gold award for excellence from Visit Britain

Up to 2 pets are welcome in this cottage. It also benefits from a partially enclosed courtyard patio area with outdoor tables and chairs which make it ideal for al fresco dining, pre dinner glass of wine or simply enjoying that leisurely morning coffee.

If all five cottages are taken together we can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Set in over 4 acres of relaxing natural grounds featuring wildlife ponds, wildflower meadows, glades and woodlands with plenty of seating areas to enjoy the views over the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds undulating landscape.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Horncastle cottage is smoke free.
