Es war ein guter Urlaub, das Außenareal ist sehr schön und wir haben uns mit unseren drei Kindern und dem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider funktionierte die Sauner nicht, weil diese gerade erneuert wird. Damit wir es abends warm haben, bekamen wir das Holz gratis und konnten in der Grillhütte Feuer machen. Diese kann geschlossen werden und ist sehr gemütlich. Das Haus ist ein älteres Modell, jedoch sind die Matrazen gut gewesen. Alles in allem war das Haus ausreichend. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick aus dem Whirpool 😊

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder 5/8/12) haben dieses Haus sehr genossen. Viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder und eine tolle Aussicht vom Garten. Pluspunkte für uns waren: Lage mit Aussicht Aktivitäten für die Kinder (Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, Minigolf, Tennisplatz, Spielhaus) Wirklich toll!! .... wenn das nicht reicht, bleiben Sie besser zu Hause Oberfläche des Hauses / Gartens Dach mit Jook-Notwendigkeiten. (Für uns kein Problem aber es gibt genug "Drecksäcke" die damit anfangen) Wir haben es genossen und werden wieder hinfahren!Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Bij aankomst waren de eigenaren nog druk in de tuin en het huis bezig (ook al waren wij al wat aan de late kant door een omleiding op de route. Na even wachten waren ze zover dat ze ons het huis en de tuin konden laten zien. Ze sreken gebrekkig Duits, maar gelukkig begrepen we het meeste. De hulp van de dochter als tolk was soms wel handig. Het huis is van binnen op zich prima. Het interieur is wel wat gedateerd. De bedden zijn prima. De keuken is ook wat oud en klein. Ook de badkamer zou een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Gelukkig was het heel mooi weer en biedt de enorme tuin veel vertier. Er is een zwembad van zo'n 4 x 9 meter dat middels een koepel-systeem volledig kan worden afgedekt. Leuk is dat er dan nog wel in gezwommen kan worden. Naast het zwembad met uitzicht op een prachtig dal staat een jacuzzi. Heerlijk om ook 's avond bij maanlicht in te zitten. Verder is er een tennisbaan, een tafeltennistafel en een groot schaakspel. Ook staat er een open gebouwtje waarin een pizza-oven en BBQ staat. Jammer daarvan is alleen dat de houten balustrade er omheen net te hoog is om van het mooie uitzicht te genieten als je daar aan tafel zit. Om de hele tuin staat een goed hek, dus een hond loopt niet zo maar weg. Als je van het huis niet te veel verwacht, maar wel geniet van de leuke voorzieningen in de tuin, dan is dit een erg leuke vakantiewoning.

Wij zijn netjes ontvangen. Helaas kon de eigenaresse geen Duits of Engels, maar met handen en voeten kom je een heel eind. Wij waren verrast door de luxe ruime tuin, net zwembad, barbecue, pizza oven en de jacuzzi, echt super. Het huis was prima, maar net niet. De omgeving was mooi en lekker rustig. Je kunt er erg mooi wandelen. Wij hebben een super tijd gehad.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, een ongelofelijk mooie omgeving waar je heerlijk kan wandelen. De ruimte om het huis heen is enorm met veel verschillende mogelijkheden. De eigenaar is bezig met vernieuwingen rondom het huis, er is een tennisbaan in aanbouw en nog een buitenhuisje. Verder is er een groot schaakspel, een tafeltennistafel, zwembad, jacuzzi en een grote buitenkeuken met bbq, steenpizza oven en steengrill. Het pad naar de accommodatie is wel een uitdaging en erg leuk. Het is een onverhard pad met kuilen en bulten, met rustig rijden is dit prima te doen.

Mooie omgeving, leuk gelegen. Echter huisje heel verouderd. Douche eigenlijk geen constant warm water, iets mis met de druk en het was pijnlijk om op die mat te staan. Extreem veel vliegen binnen. Geen mogelijkheid tot verduistering. Jaccuzi was vuil, veel zwart rond de jets maar ook erin lag veel vuil. Kostprijs electriciteit was extreem hoog. Op het einde was dit een onaangename verassing hoeveel dit was, zeker gezien het feit wij weinig in het huisje zelf waren.

Aankomst verliep prima, zoon spreekt Engels en alles duidelijk. In grote omheinde tuin is genoeg te doen. Huisje is zelf goed te doen, schoon, niet het modernste maar wel nostalgisch, en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Watervoorziening / douche is prima, en huis is voorzien van wifi. Huis ligt aan onverharde weg, maar is goed berijdbaar, Minpunten waren de hoge electrakosten (hoewel dit in Tsjechië niet ongebruikelijk is), wij waren ca 100 euro kwijt voor 1 week. Daarnaast is de buitenruimte beveiligd met een aantal camera's, voor ons geen probleem maar kan me voorstellen dat men (privacy-)bezwaren heeft.
