Welcome to Luna’s Loft
Brand new country home with hot tub and wrap around deck sitting on 3 acres. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft with additional bedding, laundry on the main floor, and a wide open living space. PET FRIENDLY. Perfect central location to everything! 1 mile from State Route 13. 20-25 minutes from Watkins Glen. 25 minutes to Ithaca. 20 minutes to Corning.

1st Class Accommodations for the Discerning Vacationer!
You are booking a brand-new 2,200 sq ft home sitting perfectly in the Upstate New York countryside.
This home has 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed with a massive bathroom which has a large jet tub, his and hers vanities, beautiful tile shower, private toilet room, and walk in closet. Guest room #1 has a king bed and guest room #2 has a queen bed. Full kitchen with a giant white quartz island & stainless steel appliances, pots/pans/dishes, silverware, and just about anything you can imagine needing to prepare and cook meals. For those of you who love to cook, there is a gas stove in the kitchen and a gas grill on the wrap around deck. The living space consists of 28-foot high ceilings, table seating for 8 people, a 65” smart tv, and a large comfy sectional couch. Head up the stairs to a large, open loft which overlooks the living space. The closet in the loft is stocked full of table games. The loft has a 62” smart tv and a day bed with pull out trundle for additional guests. Our home has green, efficient geothermal heating and central A/C. High speed WiFi internet throughout the home, and great cell phone service for all cell phone carriers.
During the day enjoy yard games in the massive private back yard, and in the evening lounge in the Adirondack chairs and cook up some smores in the fire pit. The breath-taking sunrise fills the living space full of natural light in the morning; the stunning sunset to the rear of the home make for relaxing views in the evening. One of our favorite places to enjoy the sunset is from the 6-8 person hot tub. There is also a playset with a playhouse, sand box, slide, monkey bars, climbing wall, and swings.
