Cozy Hideaway 2 block walk to downtown Hot Springs

This downtown Hot Springs, second floor apartment is close to everything! This super cozy flat is at the epicenter of Hot Springs. The two block walk to Central Ave is the real deal. Once inside you will find a large, super comfy couch with a large smart TV. Along side is the dining area. Next, you will find a fully stocked kitchen. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and twin and the next has a King Bed. The bath has an original claw foot tub perfect for the Sa City feel!

This second floor apartment is in a building with other vacation rental units and long term residents. There is a large parking area and an empty building next door that is under renovation.

We are available by phone or through the Air BnB app. We do not live on the premises but we are close by.

I loved the style of the place and it was very walkable to downtown and all the fun things available. Host was super communicative and answered questions quickly.
