There is a reason all reviews are a 10, because this place is a 10 out of 10! Very nice top floor end unit. On a hill so access only 15’ and up two steps from where you park! Very easy to unload. Unit is clean and has everything you need including a comfy bed and two full baths. Nice balcony overlooking waterway. Very quiet. Convenient to everything. Less than 10 minutes to bathhouse row, Lake Catherine, multiple restaurants, Krogers and Walmart. Hosts have thought of everything!!!

This condo embraces a retro, cozy, 'visiting grandma's house' vibe. It was clean, comfortable, and bright. We loved watching the turtles and fish, while sitting out on the deck, overlooking the lake. Great communication from the host and everything we needed had been thought of/provided. Definitely would stay again!

Beautifully decorated and our host was excellent. The condo was meticulously clean and the welcome book gave advice on what to do and see in the area. Only exception is the entrance to the condo. Steep incline and some blind spots when entering and exiting were difficult to see.

Our hosts were very thoughtful in making sure all our needs were taken care of. Our stay was lovely in a clean and bright nicely furnished condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning and relaxing times in the evening. We would definitely stay again.

Great property! Everything was so clean and the owner had so much extra things for us to use, life jackets, floats, fishing poles, even air pumps to blow up floats. A lot of thought was put it to make the stay very comfortable and easy on us. This part of the lake was also very peaceful my kids had this whole section all to themselves 1 day!

This was the perfect getaway for me and my fiancé. The location was perfect for us to take our kayaks out on the river just behind the condo, and we were just minutes from downtown and all of the attractions. Everything was clean and we appreciated the available amenities and excellent communication from the host. We will definitely be back!

It was very relaxing sitting out on the patio enjoying the peaceful beauty of the lake..nice place to unwind. Property could use some updates, but it was functional for 2 people. Philip (owner) was accessible & responded to text messages in a timely manner which is reassuring if there is a problem:)

The place is so adorbs! It’s right on the water and he even brought us over some kayaks so we could paddle around if we wanted. Was very prompt in responding to questions and the stay was very enjoyable. Would stay here again. :)

Nice place for 2 people sharing same bed. Description was not accurate, said 1 king, 1 queen bed. Queen bed was a blow up air mattress which occupied the entire living area. The original description of the queen bed didn't say blow up air mattress. Not a good sleeping situation for a 60 year old woman.
