The gentle man at the front desk was absolutely so very kind! He went above and beyond!! We did get a smoking room,(Only available )so the room obviously smelled like smoke from the time when walked in and of course it was all over the bedding. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. It’s not the best area but I would stay again. Hope this helps

We had a restful stay at America’s Best Value Inn! We arrived very late on a roadtrip and were still greeted warmly. The room had all the necessary amenities—good soap and shampoo, microwave, coffee maker, nice mini fridge, and TV. The shower was outstanding, and we always appreciate a hard floor instead of carpet for cleanliness. Two suggestions for improvement would be to replace the sheets (which were cleaned but worn and stained) and to wipe down the flat surfaces in the room. Overall, great value!
