Fantastic location! Live music on Saturday night was the highlight of the stay. Overall the hotel needs a refresh, but would stay here again for the historical charm.

The property was fine except for the mold that was clearly growing in the bathroom on the ceiling. My kids(grands) became sick with upper respiratory infection. I alerted the front desk and was told they knew about it but they were going to remodel.

The is is a very old hotel that has not been kept up. There was mold everywhere and paint peeling from the walls and ceilings. The carpet was very dirty and stained.

This is a historic hotel so obviously a lot of things were dated and perhaps not the cleanest. But the property itself and pool area are incredible. The staff was helpful and prompt getting us settled for a single night stay on a cross country trip. It's right on bath row/main street with many tourist activities in walking distance including a lovely park and trails. Will have to come back to experience the hot springs spa services one day!

The hotel is a historical property and we enjoyed seeing the decor and architecture. I thought there was a good balance in maintaining historical accuracy and convenience. Along with that it is a 100+year old building that is going to smell old and be harder to clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and trying very hard. The restaurant and shops were attentive with good products. Valet parking attendants were conscientious and unassuming. Our room was in good working order with a spectacular view of bath house row. I recommend the historical experience at least once. You can not beat the location. It is undergoing renovation and we were not bothered with noise or dust. I think if they are able to replace the HVAC and textiles the place will be back to being glorious.

This place is a historic masterpiece. You don't go here to find the latest modern amenities, but a experience a piece of time gone by. Arkansas folk are always friendly and the scenery is breathtaking.

Grace for historic hotel

Rooms were dated and could really use touch-ups and updating. But, giving it grace as it is a historic hotel. Otherwise, service was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Band in the lobby was entertaining. Breakfast was reasonable for what was offered, it was hot and tasty.
