I was in desperate need of transportation to the airport an hour away a Sunday afternoon so my daughter and I could get back to Texas for school and work on Monday. No Uber or Lyfts were responding. Basically in tears, I asked the young male housekeeping attendant, who then asked his manager, who then asked the maintenance man, who then asked his friends, a really nice couple, if they'd be willing to drive me to the airport for a reasonable fee. They arrived within minutes and I was able to make my flight on time. My only regret is not getting the names of each staff member I mentioned. They turned my desperate situation into one where I was reminded that on a personal level people of different ages, races, and beliefs really can work together to help a person in need. Thank you so much to the staff at the Baymont!!!! I made it home because of you ALL!!!!!

We found bugs in our room and immediately reported the issue to the front desk. We requested to be moved to a different room, but were informed that no other rooms were available. Instead, they said they would send someone to spray the room.

Nice place to stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious and well-appointed. It was also a very nice breakfast. I felt safe here as a woman traveling alone. They also had multiple luggage

Killed roaches in our room from the moment we checked in until the moment we left, we were packing up to head out and another one was crawling on the bed we just slept in. I sprayed Lysol, wiped everything down with disinfectant wipes and everything because the room even had a weird smell when we first got there, not sure if it was because we were close above the dining area but I’ve never experienced a hotel having roaches!
