***LGBTQ+ friendly home. 17yr old House Cat lives here*** Welcome to Miss Fancy. This victorian home was built in the late 1800's and has been everything from a spa to a brothel to a BnB. This home is currently used part time as a photo studio for Madison Hurley Photography!
The cottage is located right off Historic Bathhouse Row on Central Avenue in downtown Hot Springs and is walking distance from many restaurants and shopping spots. No children allowed due to house cat, breakables, and vintage furniture.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy features like a water park. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a jetted tub.

This place is a dream!!! Everything was exceptional!! Every little touch and detail, right down to the house kitty Leo. She slept with us every night. She loves to cuddle!! This is absolutely the cleanest place I have ever stayed in- the place is immaculate! Also walking distance to downtown. Thank you, Madison, for letting us stay in your beautiful home

Listing is true to life and Leo is a pleasure to have around.

We loved everything about the property! It was way better than a hotel and the host is very kind. 5 more stars for Leo who cuddled with us the entire night. We felt right at home. We were only there a day but this place made us want to stay a few more!

Getaway with the husband

This beautiful cottage is just 2 blocks from bathhouse row. A very romantic 1940/50s pin-up-era retreat that embraces all the charming details. Plus the stay comes with Miss Leo.. most darling little kitty
