Everyone working here is so nice. We were on a trip with a family friend and we called a day ahead to ask if they could put our rooms on the same floor. Amazingly enough, we were lucky to get our rooms right next to each other! I felt like staff really listened and cared about our experience and went out of their way to make this possible for us. Thank you! Check in staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. It's down the road from a TON of shopping and right next to CVS so it's in a very convenient location. The kids had a ton of fun with other kids at the indoor pool (spring break). There was also a hot tub which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and give other comfort suites a try in the future!

Being near the highway, you could hear the road noise pretty clearly throughout the night. The water was barely lukewarm when showering. Staff and service were both great and very friendly.

Fair stay

The shower was great - steady water pressure. The heating unit worked very well, no complaints. The room was clean and modern. The beds were a little firm for us, we woke up a little achy every day. The coffee maker in the bedroom didn't work. We stayed 6 nights and were never offered fresh towels or housekeeping service, though the sticker on the mirror indicated that any stay 3 days or longer would receive both. I would look for other accommodations on my next trip.

The beds were ok. The room was clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us stomped around all weekend. The kids down the hall were very LOUD! You would think the front office would tell parents to control their children. The bathroom is small and the sink is not in a separate area.
