Our clean, light and airy lake side condo welcomes you with newer furnishings and a viewing balcony with entrances off the living room and master suite. Walk down to the lake to enjoy the view, or have fun at the outdoor pool (seasonal) or tennis/basketball court.

Less than 15 minutes away from Oaklawn Racing, Historic Downtown, restaurants, shopping, and hiking.

To note:
In-ground pool is open seasonally from May through September weather permitting.
This Hamilton Harbor condo is in a secure gated community. It offers easy access from the parking lot with only 4 steps up (with railing) to the front door. Designated parking spot right outside the door.

There is access to a boat launch less than a mile down the road at Hill-Wheatley Park, boat parking on premises near tennis courts, and boat slips at several Marinas in town about 15 minutes from the condo.

Our condo is a smoke free, pet free home.
