Eagle Tipi at Highland Meadows Resort

The most secluded of all of our units, Eagle Tipi is located at the edge of the mesa overlooking Evans Plunge. It`s furthest from the restrooms but has a private sitting area behind the tipi with shade from Ponderosa pines. A short drive from The Mammoth Site, Wind Cave, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park, and local hot springs.



Relax out back in a private hammock, grill up some burgers on a gas grill, or sit back and enjoy an evening fire. This tipi is located at the southern end of the Black Hills.



NOTE: This is a tipi tent. There`s no heat or AC and while we do our best to ensure you`re not affected by the weather, we can`t control the temperatures or elements. There may be moisture or cold air that permeates the exterior on occasion. It`s important that you check the weather and prepare accordingly. The full bathrooms are heated and have hot water.
During your stay at this campground, you're just a quick walk from Evans Plunge Mineral Springs. A water park and laundry facilities are available. A microwave and a coffee maker are available in the accommodation.
