Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in one of the laundry baskets. Please avoid leaving wet towels on furniture or on the floor. Please take out all trash in the kitchen and bathroom before checkout.
Please use the designated trash can on the back of the building. Please place used dishes in the dishwasher or wash by hand (make sure they're free of food).
Return furniture and remotes to their original places. Turn off all lights, fans, and appliances. Close all windows and doors. Double-check for personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We kindly ask guests to remove their shoes at the entrance before going upstairs.
Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events will result in a $250 penalty and may lead to immediate termination of your stay.
