Friendly and helpful gentleman at the desk. A cook that knows how to fry crispy delicious bacon. Clean rooms and everything works. Quiet. Safe. Good place to stay.

Typical for HI Express. No real surprises. Only downside is proximity to the freeway. It’s pretty loud if that bothers you. Not me, I can sleep through that. It’s just white noise to me.

Room 104 Not sure why this room was sold as it is in poor condition due to water damage from above unit. I can see the drywall was replaced however, the repairs are not completed (tape, mud missing) Tiles coming off the wall due to the water damage, (wall and sink area) drywall dust and debris on the floor under the bathroom sink. Wallpaper in poor shape.

I was told by family that this was the cleanest motel in Malvern, so we stayed there. Not disappointed. The Facilities were very clean, had a nice breakfast and the staff were very supportive and friendly. Room was a little noisy because of highway so close, but got used to it and had no trouble sleeping. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Malvern AR
