Lower level unit on the water

This unit sits on the ground level, looking out over the boat slips and water. From the patio, you are able to watch the beautiful sunset. There is a flight of steep downward steps to get to this unit. Beds are soft and comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything that my family and I needed. Enjoyed our stay, property manager responded quickly and was helpful.

Great 4th of July

The condo was very roomy and the furniture was comfortable. The balcony was ground level which was great because the lake is only steps away and you could walk right out to explore. We were able to watch sunsets and fireworks right from the balcony. We did not bring a boat but there are boat slips just steps away from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and with 2 double beds in the second bedroom, my teen did not have to share a bed with her little brother. It is a basement unit so there are no windows in the second bedroom and there are stairs from the parking lot to the unit. Not recommended for wheelchair users and may need nightlights if anyone is afraid of the dark. Overall it had everything we needed and we had a great time.

Nice condo

Great little condo. Had an issue with key pad not working but owner was very helpful in getting us a key and checking in on us after we got in. Would recommend this place for a small family.

The Condo was awesome for my family of 6. Right by the lake and walking distance to get boat rental. Magic Springs was 10 mins away and shopping and food right down the street. I loved waking up and drinking my coffee in the patio overlooking Lake Hamilton. Just loved it. We will be returning soon.

Like - it was clean and near the water Dislike - would like to have known, about the steep hill, the stairs, the blind in living room was broken so they couldn't be closed, so no privacy, blind broken in bedroom and again lack of privacy, broken cabinet door in the second bathroom. The view of the lake was obstructed by the slips, pictures were misleading. With the stairs, it was difficult for one member to navigate. It needs maintenance on several things. It was quiet. Would not have rented had I known about the steepness of the hill to get to condo and not being made aware that condo was not at street level, but required steps. It was just okay but wouldn't rent again.

Great place, great location!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having a boat slip, literally right outside the condo door was amazing. All the amenities you would need. Washer/dryer combo was super quiet. Beautiful sunsets can be watched from the living room. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Some problems

Our overall stay was great. However there were some issues. The top plate on the dishwasher was not secured and every time you opened it, it fell off. There were some issues with electrical outlets. The grill threw the GFI every time it was turned on and we had to connect with an extension cord inside the condo. On some of the power outlets only had one plug working. And we didn't know that there wasn't a ramp for a wheelchair although that was something we should have asked about before hand. Overall, we had a great time.

Cute place but filthy

The condo is in a great location with cute decor. Comfy couch. The place was dirty. Huge trash can full of trash from last renters in the kitchen. Moldy shower. Non draining bath tub. Dusty dirty floors. Coffee pot had not been cleaned. The refrigerator was clean however. The patio was great but had grass everywhere, tons of spider webs, moss is even growing on patio. It need a good pressure washing.

Location of the property was great, and the views from dock were as well. We enjoyed time at the pool during our stay. The only minor issue was with the cleaning company, but handled very by the property owner. We will look to stay in this unit again.

Could use a new interior upgrade!

Location in Hot Sptings is very convenient.. Condo itself is quite small and requires interior attention. Blinds hard to open/close and dusty. Pots and pans, toaster very over used, dust film and drink stains on furniture. Stove/Kitchen top, Commodes have stains/rings. Extra blankets and sleep items thown in closet and not covered . Carpets worn. Floor Electric outlet hanging out. No directions for TV operations. One bedroom has no windows! Poor lighting. Beautiful lake location, and boat slip handy.

Really enjoyed our stay here for a small weekend getaway. It was very relaxing and quiet and the condo was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Loved being right next to the lake but also close enough to town if we needed anything. We will definitely return!
