This gorgeous newly built and newly furnished duplex is a perfect spot for a couple’s romantic getaway or fun for your entire family. This secluded modern home is nestled between beautiful Lake Hamilton and a tranquil stream running along the property. Centrally located in a prime location in Hot Springs, 12 minutes from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming and Historic Downton Hot Springs.

When you walk into this gorgeous open concept home, you will be invited by a large living room, with comfortable, updated furniture, large flat screen smart TV, for streaming your favorite channels and free WIFI. Then the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, 3 bar stools and table, with seating for 4. It has it all, you only need to bring your food. A stack washer/dryer is available for your use as well. The bedrooms are just off the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and on-suite bathroom, with a beautiful walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds, that can sleep 4 comfortably. The 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo is off the hallway, next to the 2nd bedroom. Enjoy a relaxing outside covered deck, that sets alongside the creek, with a propane griddle, patio seating, and outdoor firepit.

It’s the perfect getaway for whatever your needs are, couples or families. If you’re coming to fish, boat, kayak or just a quiet relaxing getaway we offer the lodging for all those needs. The convenience of our Lakeview Getaway makes it close to boat launching sites. There is ample parking to park your boat trailer as well. Whether you want to spend the day out on the lake or just time relaxing on the large deck, it has it all. Bring your family, friends, tubes, boat, fishing gear, or kayaks and visit the historic town of Hot Springs for the most memorable vacation ever! Lakeview Getaway has it all!

Please Note: Lake Hamilton lowers the water levels during November to March. Still accessible just a lower level.

There are security cameras outside, near the front door only as a deterrent. This is only to protect the property.

Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the property. Feel free to use the outdoor space.

We are dog friendly. So, if you are bringing a dog, please let us know. There is an extra pet fee to cover the cleaning cost.

This was a very nice place. Very clean and quiet. The first day there i notice it was warm in the place. Thermostat read 88. Woke up the next day, it was kind of cool but not cold. Thermostat read 86. Before we left to go to Magic Springs i dropped the temp so it can be cold when we return. Made it back around 7 and it was very hot. I went to Wal-mart and bought two fans. It was a miserable night. The kids complained all night. I will make sure the A/C work in any rental before i unpack. Thats the only reason why i didnt call anyone becaise i didn't want to pack things up and move to another location.

Girls trip.

This was a nice private duplex stay. Our sister duplex had guest with teens that were up after midnight being very loud. Property manager responded quickly with rectifying noise. But caution, the walls were quite thin.

We had a three night stay, the house was as pictured and described in the listing. Everything was clean, well stocked, in a great location and a very quiet neighborhood. Information from host prior to arrival was excellent, Check-in was a breeze. Our thought as we drove away was…we want to come back!

Cozy Duplex, Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located duplex. The beds were all very comfortable, and lots of extra pillows and blankets were provided. The washer and dryer worked great. We brought tide pods and dryer sheets, but there were powder detergent and dryer sheets provided. There was a dual coffee maker with a pot and k-cup maker, and some coffee and sweetener provided. There was also dish soap and a rag provided. You’ll need to bring your own toiletries for the shower, which we didn’t think about. The 10:30 quiet time was very reasonable and past the time we were already in the bed anyway. The kids liked walking to the boat docks and petting the cats. There was very little clean up required, and we appreciated that. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Restful Spot
