Create your own happy memories at Miya`s! A Pet Friendly, newly remodeled 4 bed/2 bath single level home, decorated in lively mid-century mod style. Located a few miles from Lake Hamilton, Hill Wheatley Park (public swim beach/boat ramp), Hot Springs National Park, and the Oaklawn Casino and Racetrack. Featuring a ½ acre fenced-in backyard, spacious open floor plan, fully-equipped Kitchen and Master Bedroom Suite. It’s ideal for families and groups looking for a peaceful escape near all the Fun!
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.
Driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Please do not park in grass or other areas on property.
