Great host! Easy, detailed instructions and information for accessing the property, wifi, and host herself. We had no issues with anything! We enjoyed a great, peaceful stay tucked away in a wonderful little place with a unique vibe of its own. Everything is nearby so you don't have to travel far! Will hopefully get to stay again.

We really appreciated the location and found the price to be very reasonable for the area. The space had a lot of charm, but there were a few things that need to be improved. There was a STRONG musty smell during our stay. We had to go buy some vinegar to try and neutralize the odor. The shower pressure was a bit lower than expected. Also, while the photos show a Keurig, the unit had a small filter coffee maker that appeared to need cleaning.

Location was excellent. Place was adorable. But because of the location with a large hill behind the house, there must be drainage issues. Very musty moldy smelling. If you have allergies, like we do, it can be an issue. But still enjoyed the stay. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to lots of things. Felt safe in the area. Bring a make up mirror if you need to be presentable, low lighting.

Trip to Morocco

Chariti was very easy to deal with. This was my second stay at one of her places and each time it was a wonderful experience. The location makes it very easy to access all the sites that Hot Springs has to offer. I went to Oaklawn and Origami distillery and it was so easy to drive to both. I also must say that the bed is so comfortable and I slept so well. Chariti is a great and caring hostess. I highly recommend stay with her. I am planning my next trip to Hot Springs in April and will be staying here again.

The suite is in a great location if you want to be close to downtown. The property could use some upgraded flooring and white paint on the walls to help brighten it up.

Cozy, quiet, and unique!

Tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. Check in was super easy and very clear instructions on getting into the unit. The lounge area was my favorite spot. The bed was nice and cozy. Decorations are kinda eccentric but we liked them. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet neighborhood only a few mins from central ave with all the shops. Only thing that bothered is was there were grape stalks left on the floor that we had to pickup. Overall a great rental.

Second time around

We stayed here once before when it was with the B&B. The new owners kept it pretty much the same. Was so glad to have a chance to stay here again 5 years down the road. Nice place. Very clean. Great stay. Great communication. Well located for our trip.

Moroccan Vibe

It was cozy nestled on quiet corner convenient to main st. Only suggest the owners leave more towels, washclothes, batteries for remotes needed changing, there were dead insects everywhere otherwise it was good enough for a last minute getaway. Thanks!
