Condo was so hot! The thermostat would stay on 74-75 from about noon until 8:00 every single night but it felt like 80. Would not cool during the hottest part of the day and even once the sun went down but the owner was very responsive to my texts and had maintenance come out and even bought a box fan for us. I really feel like the ac unit may be too small for this condo as it doesn’t properly cool and maintenance didn’t find anything wrong with the unit. Other than that our stay was great! Condo was very clean and had all the necessities and then some. Pool was within walking distance and so nice! It was never crowded and my girls usually had it to themselves which they loved! Only giving 3 stars because of issue with ac, it sucked to come back after being out in the blistering sun all day to a hot condo.

Had a great time at this property. A beautiful place inside with perfect furnishings for a family getaway. Extremely comfortable and convenient. Fantastic view of the cove of the lake. Grew up going to Buena Vista every year, love these condominium additions. The pool is still great and property altogether is meticulously maintained. Last but not least Amanda, was incredibly gracious and kind in helping me get in. She responded immediately every time I reached out. Can’t wait to go back.

The condo is very nice. We didn't spend a lot of time there as we were out and about, but very comfortable to return to. Excellent location as everything is close by.

Perfect Package

Our 5 day stay was perfect for our family of 6 and our pup. There is super easy boat access to the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Would definitely love to stay again!

Perfect for our family…including our 4 legged ones!

Cute, well-kept place with plenty of amenities, including a Keurig, air fryer, blender and more. Towels are big and fluffy. Beds comfy and the place is nice and clean. The best part for us was having kennels in the garage for our dogs when we stepped out without them. We had also forgotten one leash and were able to borrow one they had in the garage. There is a not-yet-built subdivision just outside of the property that was a nice, quiet area to walk the dogs as well. Owner was very responsive to anything we needed. One thing to keep in mind, the master shower/tub combo has a high step clearance, but the guest shower is a walk in. Very happy with our stay!

Family reunion

I prefer a home over a hotel. Amanda’s place was very comfortable and quiet. But it was also very close to shops, etc. in Hot Springs.
