This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers comfortable king-size beds. Fall asleep and wake up, in the lakefront suite, to a breathtaking view of Lake Hamilton. The suite has balcony access and a television while the guest room is furnished with a comfortable desk and chair. Both bedrooms are furnished with plenty of chest storage and closet space to accommodate your stay.

This was our first time visiting Hot Springs and our stay at The Oar was terrific. The layout of the condo is fantastic and the kitchen is the most fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered. The furnishings and furniture are all great quality. And of course the view is STUNNING! The condo can get a little warm (74) in the late afternoon as the sun sets but if you close the shades in the dining room and master bedroom, and keep the fans on, that helps a lot. The pool was always clean and surrounding area around the pool was beautiful. The onsite maintenance man was very kind and helpful with ideas of things to do. The gated community and parking is very safe and secure. The hosts are very easy to get a hold of. They have truly made the space so warm and inviting. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect stay for family vacation

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and easy to access. We had some lightening storms and the views over the lake were impressive. The condo has easy access to the pool and during our stay it seemed to never be crowded. The only thing that some might be concerned about is you can hear the road noise, but we really didn't mind it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Condo in Hot Springs for Races!

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo for a weekend getaway to Hot Springs for the races at Oaklawn. It is such a wonderfully appointed condo, with comfy furniture (the swivel chairs in the living room were a hit!), beautiful decor, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the whole unit was a great size for our party of 4. Nikki was wonderful and provided great info and easy check-in! We will certainly book again for return visits to Hot Springs!

Labor Day Stay

This property was absolutely wonderful. It was a last minute reservation for Labor Day weekend. The condo is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you would need or want. It is clean and very comfortable. The pool is nice as well. My family and I will definitely be back. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
