Primary Bedroom- Main level, w/ 1 king bed and ensuite bathroom
Loft- Sleeper Sofa, twin beds lofted above sofa, and upstairs bathroom
Oaklawn Horse Racing! If you plan to enjoy a day at the races while you're in Hot Springs, ask about the availability of our In the Trees Finish Line box seat! (seats 6) Pricing varies. Available ONLY to In the Trees guests.

In the Trees is an expanding resort, and The Arrow treehouse is part of Phase 1. We ask our construction workers to start work later in the morning, especially on weekends. Please do not touch or go near any construction equipment, but we do encourage you to walk around (stay on the road) to get a glance of the exciting things coming to In the Trees!
CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancel 30+ days before your check-in date, receive full refund. Cancel 15-30 days before check-in date, receive 50% refund. Cancel 14 days or less before check-in date, no refund.
