The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 11am Gather all trash into the large trash bag and put it in the outdoor trash can on the side of the house. Please pull the trashcan to the curb.
Please leave all bedding on the beds and put back any furniture that may have been moved. Load the dishwasher and hit start using one of the dishwasher pods left under the sink.
Place all used towels inside the washing machine and start the load with a pod left in the cabinet above the washing machine. Log out of your subscription accounts on the TV’s.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Get place for a girls trip!

The property was easy to find and matched the description perfectly. The location is close to everything but in a semi-secluded area making it a great place to stay for a girls weekend. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Beautiful house

The house was clean and roomy with a beautiful outdoor back porch and a resident deer wandering through daily. Perfect quiet neighborhood close to every where we visited. Would definately recommend for families, couples or single friends get away.

Softball Invitational Weekend

BEST STAY

I’ve used vrbo and similar multiple times and this place was by far my favorite. It was beautiful and very well decorated. The couch is the comfiest thing ever!! Beds were super comfortable as well. Everything was just perfect. The host answered any questions I had and was very informative! If you’re wanting to stay somewhere near Hot Springs, I highly recommend this one!
