Loved the retro look of the accommodations. Very clean . The only down the oven did not work. Was wanting to do breakfast on the lovely front porch . The only other was I had to leave early due to a death in the family. Will definitely be back to complete our stay . Hate we had to leave halfway through

Perfect spot for weekend stay

Property is clean and exactly as described. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while exploring Hot Springs and don’t plan to spend a ton of time in your room this spot is great - bed, kitchenette, and bathroom and small table. No couch or soft seating which was not an issue for us given we were out and about except to sleep and get ready for our adventures. Great value for quality of room!

No frills

Very plain, no frills/decor. Detailed directions on unlocking and opening the door would be needed for people like me who are not familiar with this as well as directions on how to use the heater/air would also be nice. HOWEVER-it was better than tent camping and we only used it for sleeping-it was just what we needed and the location was great.
