Your cozy getaway awaits in Hot Springs at this fabulous house. The Vineyard Cottage is newly renovated and what started out as a 2b/1b property is now a 2b/2b gorgeous home with a large deck. A short walk to Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, our cottage welcomes you in to enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Whether you`re exploring the city or simply relaxing at home, this house provides a brilliant and tremendous space for your vacation. We look forward to seeing you!

We are a pet friendly cottage but we do ask for a $50 pet fee to be paid after you book. As a `pet parent` you know there are extra things that need to be done when you`re cleaning after your furbaby. This extra goes to our housekeeping staff to spend extra time cleaning for the next guest.

We also ask that you be sure to clean up after your pet in the yard. We have provided waste bags along with leashes in the unit. If housekeeping has to clean up the yard there will be an additional $25 fee after you`ve checked out.

This is a 5 star property. Welcoming host, very clean, nicely decorated, comfy beds, great little patio. Close to everything you need including horse track. You cant beat it.

The home was central to every place you want to adventure to during your stay. The house was beautiful and accurately described. There were many extras and the kitchen was well appointed. Also the area felt safe for 2 women travelers.

Close to Oaklawn Park

This cozy cottage will not disappoint and is true to the photos. It is very comfortable and served as our home away from home while visiting Hot Springs. Everything you may need is provided, and then some. The water pressure in the showers is amazing! It is in walking distance to Oaklawn race track and close to Central Avenue and downtown Hot Springs. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful time here and will definitely stay next time we are in Hot Springs. Not only are the owners responsive but they have thought of everything that anyone might need during their stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the back patio is great for sitting around and visiting. The house is only. 10 minute walk to Oaklawn and the neighborhood is quiet.
