Lake Balboa Retreat - Enjoy a lake vacation on Hot Springs Village's largest recreation lake. The home is comfortably furnished with great lake views from the living room and master bedroom. The large open living room is comfortable furnished with large HDTV. There is a dining area for 6 next to a well appointed kitchen. The utility room has large washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bathroom has a walk in shower. The guest bathroom has a shower and a tub. The guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is a twin bed in the bonus room. Enjoy a beverage on a nice deck overlooking the lake. A gentle slope takes you down to a 200 foot seawall with a dock. The home has a large garage and a long private driveway at the end of a cul-de-sac.
