INDEPTH LOOK AT THE SPACE:

This property has been thoughtfully equipped with families in mind. We've have provided a highchair, playpen and children's toys for smaller children.

The main level is directly accessible from the garage and leads to a gorgeous Queen master bedroom with a 43-inch smart TV, lake view deck access, a suite bathroom with walk in shower, and laundry room.

Right around the corner from the master bedroom, is an open concept kitchen and living space with wood burning fireplace. Well stocked kitchen, table for 8, and floor to ceiling windows gives you fantastic lake views! Large sectional in the living room, Wi-Fi, and 55-inch LG smart TV allows the whole family to have a popcorn and movie night while sitting by the fire and watching the sunset.

The main level also includes a second full bathroom with bathtub, Queen bedroom with smart TV, and a third Queen bedroom with lots of toys for the kids to enjoy.

If this isn't great enough, head down to the lower level to A HUGE family room with gas fireplace, 75-inch smart TV, DVD player, Wii gaming console, large checkerboard game, and other types of board games. Dumbbells are included to get a quick workout while looking out at the lake! Attached to the family room is a full bathroom with walk in shower. Also included in the lower level is a dedicated office space to catch up on those emails before hitting the golf course.

Wake up to lake views from the lower-level master King bedroom. Grab a cup of coffee, your favorite book, and warm blanket as you relax in the chaise lounge chair. No need to go upstairs for food or drink, the lower level has a coffee bar with microwave and full-size refrigerator. The back room is a favorite with the nautical enthusiasts with a Queen bed, twin captain's bed, and full over full bunk bed. Let's not forget the reading nook!

From the lower level, step out onto the patio to take a short, nearly flat walk to your own private dock with kayaks, life jackets and pedal boat.

With the views, luxurious accommodations, and competitive pricing we doubt you will find a better place to create your memories. The gorgeous views, hosts that love to serve others, as well as the location will guarantee a great stay. Expect clear and quick communication from us. We will spare nothing to make this a top notch and clean service.


***As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. We have 2 dogs so we get how hard it is to leave our fur-babies! Our pet fee is $99 per pet for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 pets.

***We have two security cameras for safety reasons on the outside of the property. One is on the garage and faces the driveway, the other one is on the patio facing the lake. We also have a ring doorbell.

We offer a 10% discount for military and repeat customers.

As you might imagine the more people means more upkeep and expense for us. We are charging a nominal fee of 20 dollars per person per night over 12 people. We think this is reasonable to help us keep up with the added expense of more guests!

There were 6 of us there to play golf for the week and the 5 bedrooms and the large dining room table accommodated us perfectly. The view from the porch of the lake was quite beautiful. The communication with the host was excellent as every question I asked was answered within a few minutes. The downstairs living area was very comfortable for our football game watching and the fireplace was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

Wonderful family reunion

This home is perfect for a family reunion. We booked this so that our children and grandchildren could all come together from all parts of the country. It couldn’t have been better. The youngest ones enjoyed the paddle boat with their parents, while the kayaks were appreciated by the others. Kitchen and bedrooms were perfect. The host responded immediately to a query. In summery: a perfect weekend.

Family Time is the Best Time

Very convenient location in the HSV. Great deck with plenty of tables and chairs and chiggers. The boat dock was nice but the water was only 3-4 feet deep and muddy. Beds, furniture, and kitchen were wonderful and the sunsets were spectacular.

Wonderful time at this Hot Springs Village property

My family gathered at this home to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. Upon entering the home my mom was so thrilled with the beautiful view and surroundings. She said over and over throughout the time we were there that it was such a beautiful and relaxing place to be. We had everything we needed and it was the perfect bedroom and bathroom arrangement for our group. Kenny and Jennifer answered any questions extremely promptly and were always ready to assist if needed. Garvan Woodland Gardens was a wonderful surprise. If we get back to the area we will be sure to stay here again.

Great Family Time

We all enjoyed the beautiful house and location. Kids loved the paddle boat and room to spread out downstairs while folks upstairs talking. Great meals at Sunset Grill and Debra's Good Eats. Would love to come back!

A place for the whole family

It is a very beautiful home. It has everything you need you just have to bring your own food. It has games toys something for all ages. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. Perfect for a family getaway. The host was very accommodating always there to answer your questions I highly recommend this home, the only improvement I know I would make is get a mattress topper for the master bedroom on the main level. The mattress was a little firm for me but that is the only improvement I would make. It is the perfect place. My family plans on returning next year because we had a wonderful time together. This place is for your whole family and stay together to make wonderful memories.

Family retreat

Our family of eleven stayed for three nights in this beautiful home. There were beds and space to spare and everything was updated and well furnished. This home was exactly what we hoped it would be and we would enjoy staying there again. The owner went out of the way to be sure that we had everything we needed. Very happy with another VRBO rental.

Quiet retreat

The house was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, great view of the lake and the boys liked the paddle boat. Closest grocery store is about 15-20 minutes away, so bring your food! There is a nice indoor pool located in the village, but they charge an admission fee for guests. The lake swimming beach area was nice for the kids to play in. Overall a nice relaxing place to visit.

Great place for getaway With family.

Wonderful 5 days with our children and grandchildren. The space was great with everyone having room to spread out.So good to have household supplies readily available. The flat walk to the lake was super nice. Due to the hot weather and full cans of garbage stored in garage, the ping pong table was not fun to use. But the wii was utilized and enjoyed by the teenagers. Everyone had a good time and said they would like to come back next year.

Could be better

The location and lake view were great but the house was not very clean. It appeared there was another group that checked out the day we checked in. The floors were still sticky and the trash cans were completely full. I suggest a better cleaning crew. There was also a flea infestation in the house and everyone within our group was bitten by fleas the whole time we were there. At the end of the day, we had a great time but it was a big hassle dealing with those issues the whole week.
