2 hours from Paris, in the heart of Houlgate enjoy a duplex apartment renovated 50m2, 50 meters from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Completely renovated in 2017, bright, comfortable and modern.
Central position, park your car, everything is within walking distance, let you live and enjoy

It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x200 and 2 beds 90x200) a living room with a sofa bed (2 people) flat screen, DVD player and game console. A kitchen / dining room equipped (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge). A shower room with WC and single washbasin. A launderette is at your disposal at 100 meters in the street of the Baths. Parquet throughout the apartment and double glazing.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr nette Vermieterin, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Ausreichend Platz für 3-4 Personen. Bequeme gute Betten. Super nahe am Meer. Die Gegend ist traumhaft. So viele gute Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich eine Pizzeria mit leckerer Pizza. Wir haben jeden Abend ein anderes Restaurant probiert. Vergessen Sie nicht zu reservieren. Parkplätze sind auch leicht zu finden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Nice stay in Houlgate

Our host was very kind and the flat was well located, clean, and well equipped. Single minus is the missing bathroom sink upstairs and the trash cans someting away. There was no reserved parking space, but fortunately we could get always one very close to the flat.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. War alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, auch für unseren Säugling. Strand sehr nahe. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig. Zu empfehlen!

Urlaub in sehr schöner Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert, nicht nur wegen der optimalen Lage (kürzeste Wege zum Strand und verschiedenen Restaurants und Geschäften), sondern auch wegen der geschmackvollen Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

The position of the flat

We had a very nice vacation in this flat. The landscape and the climate were beautiful and we never lived so nearby at the ocean. So it was as like a privileg for us. Many bars and restauransts, baker and supermarket were also not far.

Viel Platz und sehr gemütlich.

Wir haben uns aufgrund mangelnder Französischkenntnisse über die einfache reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe gefreut. Die Küche war sehr umfangreich eingerichtet. Die Kinder hatten in ihrem Zimmer einen DVD Player und eine Playstation 2. Das hat uns während unseres veregneten Urlaubs sehr geholfen. Im 2. Stock gibt es einen Schreibtisch mit Tageslicht und eine extra Toilette. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett geht nach hinten raus und das Kinderschlafzimmer nach vorne zur Straße. Es gab genug Schränke um Kleidung für einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub unterzubringen. Die Gerüche der Pizzeria haben wir nur ganz dezent wahrgenommen. Wir sind dann aber auch 2 Mal dort essen gewesen. Alles war mit Liebe dekoriert und praktisch eingerichtet. Trotz Regen hatten wir so einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
