The staff was amazing. I believe it was Melissa at the front desk and the manager in particular. They remembered our room number and names, always greeted us when we returned, and were super helpful. Rooms need some upgrading as they are older, our bathroom sink leaked, but they had everything we needed with a fridge, microwave in the room.

This hotel needs serious maintenance. The bath faucet/shower nob was stuck, so I could not run water through the faucet. The fridge bottom panel was on the ground. the bed box panel was leaning, so when I'd approach the bed, I'd bump into it. Sitting on the bed would make a lot of noise. The bath mat was stained. The elevator button on the second floor was held with magic tape (see photo). Overall the experience of a cheap motel, but paying over $100 a night.
