My place is perfect for couples, business travelers & families looking for a place to rest and relax. All bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd floor with Large Master Bedroom Suite and a queen bed. It s amazing & looks out onto open nature. It also include is a convertible sofa sleeper & desk in the living room area. On the 2nd story is the living room, dining room and a kitchen area. There is plenty of parking in the garage and outside the garage for oversized vehicles.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be close to Mercer Arboretum and Botanic Gardens. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the apartment.

CLOSE TO IAH AIRPORT

Place was clean and more or less as appeared on VRBO. Walls and doors were a little beat up. Not really located in a real "neighborhood", more like an industrial type area with schools. Also "neighborhood" and roads leading in were not very well lit. Super close to airport and highways which was nice. TP and garbage bags were provided which was nice as well. Owner was very difficult to get in touch with but there were some extenuating circumstances and in the end the owner did remedy my requests and quickly.

I will stay here again

Have family in the area and will be back to this home. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The information provided before our arrival for access and use were easy to follow and worked just as the information said.
