Disliked: Cleanliness
Apartment was not the same from picture. Had not received access code for door, until I requested it when we were 5 minutes away, it was almost 5pm and check in is at 3pm. She sent us gate visitor pass but it kept expiring and wouldn’t work. Bedding had strands of hair and did not smell fresh whatsoever, we took off comforters from upstairs twin beds. Toilet had stains in bowl and back of toilet had urine stains. Floors were sticky. Just overall cleanliness not good.
