1/10 Rating: Don't stay here if you don't want to be falsely accused and charged bogus charges

Firstly, the property is in a really nice area in Montrose and close to everything. Secondly, communication was efficient, whenever we needed to call the Host's assistant were available and responsive. Thirdly, the beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in. Those are the ONLy three positives about this unit.Upon check-in and during our stay, these were all the things we found wrong:1. Unit was not as advertised in terms of cleanliness and space.2. It was dark and dungeony with a weird smell or paint mixed with mold.3. There were many cracks and breaks throughout the house on the walls and doors.4. The A/C in the living room was not cooling efficiently which made it humid and musty rather quickly5. The smoke detectors were not installed/taken out all around the house.6. The toilet seat was lifting/not bolted which made it a safety hazard.7. There were many mosquitoes in the unit causing us to be constantly bit8. There was so much noise coming from upstairs at night which made it hard to sleep.The bigger problem is upon check-out, I received a message stating there were "damages" to the unit. I called to get clarification and I was informed that I was being falsely accused of damaged/missing smoke detectors. I explained they were already missing. They said they would conduct an "investigation" to figure out what happened and would get back to me. Instead they went ahead and charged my account a few of days later without giving me any update about the situation.
