I don’t even know where to start. The property management company outsources everything to a call center in the Philippines. I was supposed to check in at 3pm but wasn’t allowed to check in until 7pm. My car got broken into on the property by the neighbor so I left a day early, no refund. I left a 300 sport coat that the lousy management wouldn’t even check for. Avoid at all cost

We arrived the day after a huge storm in Houston, and power was out in a significant part of the city. The owner texted us the morning of our arrival, and said that there was no power in the apartment we rented. However, they were able to accommodate us in another property that was not too far from the apartment. The property we stayed at was very clean and spacious. One minor complaint was that the bathroom was very small, and had no storage space or hooks for towels.
