Owner upgrades include carpet, blinds, dining chandelier, and kitchen cabinet lighting. Bonus 130 sq. ft. exercise room, extended cedar-covered patio, landscaped yard with water garden, and gate to trail. Includes sprinklers, gutters, garage opener, and 6 years remaining on builder warranty. No windstorm insurance needed in Fort Bend County.

Guests have access to the entire property, with a few locked “no-go” areas. Enjoy full use of the kitchen, all bedrooms, theater room, formal dining room, and living room. The master bedroom closet and main hall closet are also available for your use.

We`re happy to accommodate parties and events with advance notice and a confirmed guest count. For a small fee, we can assist with dinner parties and special functions. We also offer `Cook with the Host` evenings—guests pick their proteins and veggies, and my husband and I guide them through preparing traditional Indian dishes. Location was very nice.House needs to be cleaned better: rugs vacuumed, toillete paper, better quality towels need to be purchased.The numerous buddhas in the house is an uncomfortable and creepy .

Great location for our needs but some problems were encountered. Alarm was going off when we arrived at the home but the host was quick to respond and walked us through getting it shut off.First impressions were good but after settling in it appeared that whomever lived here just grabbed their personal items at the last minute and left in a hurry.The place does have an odor of Indian food. The towels (the few that we could find) and beds had absorbed the smell as well. The master suite bedroom floor was extremely dirty. Some of the TVs were missing remotes or weren't connect to any input. In one bedroom there was a disconnected bluray player but only VHS tapes. Also, the only ceiling fan is in the living room if you prefer to sleep with fan on like we do. Some lightbulbs needed replacing.The kitchen was well appointed with nice appliances. I hope that the hosts are able to fix these issues because it could be a great place.
