1) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, parties are strictly not allowed, and quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
2) Guest count includes visitors and overnight guests. With accurate input, your quote already includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases, fees may apply.
NOTE: $100 penalty for each unauthorized guest.
3) There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY inside the house. We have Smoking outpost outside where guests can smoke.
4) For full disclosure: We have RING cameras outside, and noise-aware sensors inside and outside. For guest privacy, there are no recording or monitoring devices inside the home.
5) Signed rental agreement. welcome call & ID are required. Rules are enforced including no smoking inside and no illegal activities.
