Room was nice and clean. Smelled good. Very convenient area. Do have to say the halls are hot and humid, the man at breakfast just watching what you get and monitoring everything was a bit uncomfortable. Oh and restroom door in my room did not lock. But overall the area was safe and nice

I had mixed feelings about this hotel, while the location and the hotel itself are nice, but some of the staff members need serious training! A lot of equipment are broke such as: gym equipment, TV in the gym, drinking fountains at the pool and it’s hard to get a maintenance person to do anything about it.

Amazing staff

Staff was amazing, super friendly! We will definitely be back. They were outstanding and took extra measures to make our children feel welcomed and were beyond patient with my special needs son. Only draw back was ice machine was out of order on our floor, definitely not a deal breaker. We will be back for sure. Lots of restaurants in the area a big plus!!
