Our 1night-stay was perfect until we checked out. We received a correct invoice, but then the amount that was deducted from my credit card account was not correct. I've written 3 mails to the hotel so far, but no answer at all. They just keep my money. That is unacceptable.

Very nice hotel, close to everything downtown. Beds are incredibly comfortable and the front desk staff, restaurant staff we're very kind, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Hotel lobby and elevators had a strange odor, possibly an attempt at sandalwood but was overwhelming and not pleasant. Paid over $70 for an appetizer and main with room service and did not enjoy either.

The property was beautiful and accommodations were clean. Location was perfect. Valet was expensive but there was a self parking option. Not sure if this was abnormal but the room temp was warm even with the a/c set to 60F

Front desk and housekeeping staff are amazing! Staying for business for three days and was so grateful for how polished the hotel looked and felt. The room was wonderfully quiet and the bedding comfortable with a quiet hvac system in the room. Why every hotel doesn’t have a nespresso, I don’t know but was over the moon to find both that and fresh coffee downstairs. Admittedly, the restaurant wasn’t as high a point but could have been an off day. Overall truly lovely and I will absolutely be back.
