Was exactly as expected - not 5 star, but clean and quiet. Area around property was a bit sketchy, but with minimal time spent in room, was not a problem. Close to event in Hermann Park, which was the reason the property was chosen.

Here for medical reasons, and I am really grateful to this Hotel, it quiet, clean and close to the great H E B grocery store. Front desk clerk is very helpful.

Close to medical center

It would been a better rating but at 430 am a fight started in room next door. Lasted over a hour. The place was clean, easy access to hospital.

Conveniently located near med center. Clean and fully functional room. Breakfast offered was small but sufficient. Staff was friendly during check in/out. Lots of activity after dark made property feel relatively unsafe however. Noisy until midnight. Be aware of surroundings
