The desk clerk did not greet me upon arrival and refused to let me inside the lobby to complete check-in. I did not enjoy standing in the hot hallway and speaking to him through a thick glass window. He also did not explain what he was doing while i stood and waited. The room itself looks exactly like the pictures but they did not have the AC unit on prior toy arrival so it took a few hours for the room to cool. The room was sufficient for a 3 star establishment.

The most important thing of all is the manager who runs the hotel. He is responsible person who takes every effort to make sure the customers receive the best he can offer him, and, if things aren't right, he'll make sure that anything that needs corrected will be corrected
