Stayed for 1 night to attend a show at the Smart Financial center which was about 8-10 min drive away. The hotel is in a central and nice location. Lots of restaurants close to the area which is very convenient. Room was spacious. Facilities were good Be aware, they charge $35 for early check-in. I enjoyed my stay overall and will definitely book it again if i have an event at that center.

Charged twice

I prepaid a 1 night stay a month in advance through Hotels.com...no isues until the hotel sent me an invoice a few days before arrival for my 1 night showing it as unpaid, and a larger amount than my original amount. I confirmed that I had a reservation and they got paid twice. They charged me and I had already paid for it. Unable to get my money back. I do not trust this hotel.
