It is walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, Decant Winery and the highly acclaimed, delicious restaurant located on the first floor, Beau Soleil. The condo is a short drive to many other restaurants and shops. Hop on the nearby freeway and you'll see that both The Galleria and downtown Houston are only a 7 minute drive away.
This newly constructed space has an oversized living, dining and kitchen area which will be where everyone will congregate. There is plenty of seating with an oversized chair and two comfy couches, one converts to a bed. The kitchen has all of the necessary tools to make your own meals if desired. There are two large, private bedrooms and two full bathrooms with all of amenities.
Everyone will love the 1500 square foot private roof top terrace that wraps around the unit. Comfy outdoor furniture is perfect for lounging in the sun, reading a good book, outdoor dining or an evening of stargazing.
